I am struggling so much to wake up/attend my job. I just feel like I can't do it. There's a massive mental block and I don't know how to overcome it. Really, really need help with this.

You tried waking up earlier to do something fun then go to work?

I know I got a different situation, but when I used to go to school I hated it a lot. One thing I did that made going there feel tolerable was waking up early to do something that I enjoyed at that time. I played a couple games, listened to music, and then packed up to go. The feeling would still be there but it won't be as bad as just waking up then getting ready to go immediately.

Waking up and having something to look forward to is always great.

Do you generally have trouble waking up, or is it only when you have to get up early? Back when I had to wake up at 4 a.m., I used to go for a 2–4 km run around 7 p.m. (depending on how much energy I had). By the time I got home, I was completely exhausted and would fall asleep almost instantly. Maybe that could help you too.

I have trouble falling asleep at night. And I have trouble getting out of bed in the morning. Not just waking up but motivating myself to leave bed.

Well it's definitely worth trying running or some other form of exercise. It worked for me and for people I know. But waking up is a whole different story—it's awful. The only thing that gets me out of bed is my dog scratching my back. I can't help you with that one.
