• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

So my psychiatrist (a very nice woman that helped me a lot) is sick, and she told me I can message her about meds, but she cant do therapy (she is also doing therapy w me).
I would feel stupid if I message her, because she probably dont want to talk to me while out of her work and sick.
There is also one psychologist on the team for me, but he is too busy to see me.
She will be gone for a month.
It is getting bad again.
I am so scared.

Are there any counselling services that might be available where you live that you could look into for the time being? If you are in university or college then you try and sign up for counselling or psychotherapy at your school (many schools offer stuff like this for their students). If not, deciding on where you live there might he some short-term counselling places you could look into for the time being.

If you're in the UK, I'd recommend finding your local Mind charity. They offer peer support, not exactly a therapy but it was super helpful and literally life saving for me, before I've found a counsellor.

If you're not UK based - maybe there are similar charities/organisations where you live?
