I have wondered about this myself, but from what I have learned from one of the experts over here, it's very difficult to OD off of fent.
I hope you are able to procure it if that's what you want.
If be serious - I don't now how get fent in India. Sorry
It's easiest to overdose on Fentanyl from what I know. You just need 1grams at max and hurrah, good night forever!Similar threads
