Help How to find the courage to CTB?

I've had a lot of attempts in partial hanging but every time I feel like i'm dying i stop immediately.

I just feel like a total asshole to those around me if i ctb and a pussy because i can't even ctb properly without thinking of others. I've pushed everyone away so maybe they won't care as much as I do.

I don't wanna care for anyone or anything anymore but I just can't help it. Any advice??

when you're 100% sure you wanna leave this world and theres nothing left then I recommend you should do full hanging. That will definitely work if you prepare everything carefully. You can read all necessary informations for full hanging here on sasu.
I also wonder why I'm still alive although everything just hurts but I think it might be because of fear. Fear of the unknown

You are literally dying and that's your survival instinct you're gonna do anything to breathe air again. You need to fully commit to it and if that's what you truly want like you shouldn't even have an option to save yourself

It mostly comes to having a good method. Doing the research, and practice to feel less anxious about it, and then if you method allows it drugs/alcohol.

I never tried this on myself, but i've heard that a large dose of benzos does wonders for the SI. Before me ctb with SN i plan on taking a large dose of xanax. 2 hours before i drink my SN i will take the benzos and then 1 hour after that the meto. This will be my protocol.

Aren't you worried about falling asleep with the benzos 2 hours before the SN?

I am worried. That's why you should test-try your benzos of choice before actually ingesting the SN to find the sweet spot. The sweet spot being - drowsy enough so that the SI is gone, but not too drowsy to risk falling a sleep mid-way.
