Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Currently in the middle of a relatively bad episode. I think the last time I had one this bad was at the beginning of the year. Even writing this is taking a measure of effort. But well, what the title says—have you found anything that helps?
Google says you should ground yourself in your five senses. I have found that music helps a little (loud music, and preferably a song you've heard a lot and know the lyrics to, since the familiarity helps with the grounding too). Unfortunately I have to kill a few hours before I can sleep.
I've had issues with this for many years. What helps me is to be outside and to engage with the real world as much as possible. Have a focus and something you can work on, ideally with your hands. Talk to people, get outside yourself and your own mind. My derealization is at its peak when I'm bored and isolated, and starved of contact with people.
