Hi,

I have been wanting to and trying to ctb on many occasions now. All of which were attempted paracetamol OD which, as I'm sure most of you will know as highly ineffective.

I believe this to be of similar but during some research, I've seen that there is a significant difference between a single overdose and a staggered overdose. Does anyone know anything about staggered overdosing and what the mortality rates are in relation to a single overdose? I've attached the NHS' treatment plan for paracetamol od which seems to show staggered being much worse, mainly because we all know red means bad!!

Otherwise, I have been exploring and my next option would be the "night-night" way or partial hanging. Do we know how painful these would be and how long it would take? I never even thought about partial hanging and didn't like the thought of full hanging so I didn't do any research. I have read forums but I can't see anything as to success rate or pain.
