how to ctb using sodium nitrite?

hi sasu, i have found somewhere in this forum that using SN (sodium nitrite) can be a possible method for ctb. i considered going this route since it's very accessible to get SN in my country for an affordable price.

i am wondering if you just ingest it normally or is there some method for it to work properly? please let me know.
