Help How to consume SN

I did my research and I have found a source for SN in my country, although I am a bit unclear on how to use it. I have looked in the forums but I'm not a very good reader so it would be much appreciated if somebody here have me some advice on how to consume it. Like, do i disolve it? How much water should I use? Please give a step by step instruction.
