I was going to do it on monday but i changed my mind after talking to a doctor.

I believed for three days things could get better but since yesterday the agony and the loneliness made me hopeless again.

How many hours of fasting you guys think its necessary? Im think about doing it today, but its 11am, i just had lunch and my mom comeback at 4~5pm.

Is 4 hours of fasting enough?

I cant do it during the weekend and i dont want to wait until monday.

Nowhere near enough, its 8 hrs if you are doing the stat dose. Do you have Antiemetics and painkillers at the very least

I don't have benzos but I do take amytriptilene which knocks me out. Will this suffice?

Also I'm already on domperidone- do I just ramp up dosage.

I'm very small 22kgs so it doesn't take a lot of meds to get an effect.

Also I do have oramorph. And liquid morphine.

Can someone explain why do i need it exactly and is there a substitute? Or maybe possibly give me some other alternative drug names so i can try to find them?

it turns out primperan is only available in ampoules which i cannot do but i found Metpamid 10mgx30 tablets. its alternative for clopram, emoject, metoplan, metoprax, other metpamids, nastifran, pramed, primperan im/iv 10mg/2ml 100 ampoule (ding ding?), primsel and vomepram. these are available alternatives in turkey.

it şs metoclopramide hydrochloride (Metoclopramide HCl). every tablet is 10 mg of Metoclopramide HCl but in nowhere i could find any details about dopamine blocking? on common side effects i found depression?

aslo additives are lactose monohydrate, povidone k30, aerosil 200, corn starch, guar gum and magnesium stearate. is this what i am looking for?

also i ordered 2x 1kg sodium nitrite extra pure (Formula : NaNO2 - CAS No : 7632-00-0 - Purity: >=99,0 % - Molar Mass: 69 g/mol - 1 kg/HDPE Bottle), one for testing one for using. they also provide its analysis report and it indicates that

Product name: Sodium Nitrite
Look: Yellowish Crystal Dust
Purity: 99.05%
Sodium Carbonite Alkaline(? i am translating from turkish so i dont know the exact term): max 0.05%
Chlorine as Clhoride (dafuq?) max 0.009%
Sodium nitrite: max 0.60% (so it is not pure then? or 99% ?)
Dissolution in water: max 0.016%


How can i verify if it is pure enough? i dont really know the details of strip testing or blood testing?

Do i really need acid regulators? I have talcid tablets at home are they enough or are they the opposite of what we want? any alternatives?

Any new sources for SN? We all know the latter are down/shutdown. CCS/IC, etc.

The way SN works is by suffocating you on a micro level. It prevents oxygen binding and thus your body is starved of it. So I guess having poor circulation might delay the process but if one manages keep it inside for a sufficient amount of time, eventually one will ctb.

On another note, I have also read about one person being saved after 6 hours of SN consumption by administrating MB, although it was suspected that he vomited a few times after ingesting SN.

Sorry I only just checked the thread. Interesting thanks-I wonder if taking aspirin would help, it thins the blood right?

Sn is adaptable to ambient temperatures just as long as it's not exposed to Moisture. The time it takes for people to lose consciousness differs for a variety of reasons too. I think the reason why Beta Blockers are not recommended anymore is to lose consciousness faster according to the latest PPH but I'm paraphrasing here.

Regardless, with SN, dying takes just under over an hour but I suppose it depends how much SN is retained within should you not vomit or vomit a bit. This is why a 2nd and even 3rd glass of sn is recommended should you vomit a good amount of the 1st glass.

for the rest, i just have received my SN today. 2x1kg lab grade 99% extra pure SN. i think it is the benefit of living in a third world country eh? i also have my metoclopramide hydrochloride 10mg x 60 pills. but i also read a lot of stuff changed since the first post. can someone help me get it done? i always focused on other methods so i dont really know my way around SN. i would really appreciate the help
