Is there any ways I can calm my mind with no drugs? I need to build energy to practice ctb somewhere during this afternoon then hopefully go through with it tonight but it hard to relax enough to do that when my mind constantly keep racing and I still can get no doctor to prescribe me any meds. I need to atleast be able to relax for long enough to gain energy to finally put my mind to rest permanently.

I think you should only redirect your overthinking and stress.

What causes the stress? Stress factors? If the situation calms down you should also calm down. Do you have any distractions?

Have you considered going to an ER? Is not getting meds prescribed the reason y you consider ctb today?

No, been considering ctb for a long time tbh for multiple reasons. Me getting no meds to calm my mind is just adding to it tbh.

Going to ER would just prevent me from being able to ctb tbh, although I miss the icu. General aenesthesia was nice.

Rn I'm just keeping myself occupied with ss.

Ironically you need to be well in order to sucesfully CTB.
I just could move forward in my CTB plan when i started to do basic things healthly: sleeping well, eating well and drinking less alcohol.
Also if you could pratice sport it may help you in this CTB journey.
Just doing those very basic things gave me minimum energy to move forward with my CTB preparations.

Good luck

Start with básics: are you able to sleep well?
In case not what can you do to have a good nigh sleep?

Then go to second most basic thing: are you eating well?

If OCD is too strong should go to good psych doctor

I sleep ok but I have a habit of staying up too long so guess I work on that if anything. Thank you.
