How to be less scared?

Hello guys,
I have decided that hanging myself (partial suspenison) is a good way to go. I did 2 test runs, just to see how it goes.
Well... I can't lie, it was scary. Like, very scary. And I hated that, so now my mind is all messed up.....

Something I've realized in the past few weeks is that ending your life is a lot more difficult than people think. Survival instinct can be a real bitch. There are some ways to lessen the SI, you'll find lots of threads about that. But it'll always be scary as hell. We're talking about dying here, after all.

True that. I've been reading SI posts..I was thinking about getting very drunk and taking as much sleeping pills as possible. Other people have written about drinking/pills as well. Maybe it will work?
