• Hey Guest,

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

How would it be possible to avoid guilt and regret because you choose to do something terrible?

When someone plans to commit suicide, they have second thoughts about throwing their life away or thoughts about how their family would feel. How can someone acquire a mindset like this one, which avoids this fear?

i think the best way to avoid this fear is to be 1000% sure this what you want. if you truly think committing is for you, then you have no reason to feel guilty. i think you should think about why it is you want to die and think if there would be anything that would change your mind and figure out how attainable it is before taking your life.

to me, i'd honestly remember myself that i won't witness nothing of this when i die. it won't matter to me anyways.

it's kinda of selfish i think, but in the same hand, they can't feel the void and sadness i have for being alive. the pain in life is bigger than my guilty

My thinking is this: I don't want to live, and this is my life; nothing and nobody has the right to interfere.
If you let something like this throw you off track, perhaps all is not lost.

You don't. You just take the guilt with you, let it die with you. You don't avoid it, you bury it with you. I mean, let's be fucking for real right now, you are leaving your loved ones to deal with the mess. I'm not being mean, I am in that exact position so I can speak about this subject based off what I've experienced.

Take it with you.

We live in Shame too, the more we live the more we shame we face because our life is uncertain. And death is the most freeing thing to a conscious being. I see it as true freedom and peace of all.

I don't have guilt because there's no one to hurt with my death. No one to care. No one to miss. I feel guilt by being alive and wasting everyone's time the more I prolong this inevitable departure.
