Yep, it's from dark souls Souls games have been great for me when I've had the energy for them.

For me it was a bunch of things. I found antidepressants that work for me, had some therapy, and started to enjoy my own company. What cemented it in place though was getting into a toxic relationship. Split up with her and it felt so good to be free again.
