• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

    Donate via cryptocurrency:

I'd also like to know. I think it depends to some degree on the motivation why you want to exit in the first place.

A bad chronic pain flareup can also absolutely obliterate SI.
If I had my SN back in 2024 during one of the worst and longest pain flareups in my life, I would have ended it all, right then and there without any second thought.

Dig deep into the root cause of it if it stems from isolation, worries about the future, disappointing your parents, circumstances, negative self belief etc change/fix it
(Yes it's 100000000x easier said than done and sometimes not be able to be done)

But it will never ease until you hit the roots
And either you change your reality, yourself, or your perception.

Just to be clear what I said above is what helped take me out of si and heal

You're just going to have to will your way to do it. The SI is an engrained program by life, itself. It's very powerful. But it's not invincible. People HAVE overcome it. Without drugs. Without alcohol. I think we underestimate the amount of impulsiveness that we have to muster in order to achieve catching the bus.

"Ready" isn't a feeling, it's a decision. You already know what to do, you're just negotiating with comfort. This life is cruel. It demands some form of suffering as a price to live in and leave it. Once you accept that, you can get past it more easily. And WIN against this life.

Good luck to you.
