Mentally - depending on the moment, anywhere between 2 (temper tantrums and all) and ancient (sometimes I feel I have seen wayyyyy too much of life).
Physically - sighs.... too old - have passed the half-century mark by a few years.

18. It's nice to see people in their 40s and 50s, makes this place feel like a family. ( I mean it's not nice that you're suffering but I'm glad people of different ages can discuss stuff together)
