How often is your pee almost clear?

I make sure once a day it gets to that color. I have urinary retention because of PTSD and am prone to UTIs if I don't drink enough water.

Possibly. I ate a party size bag of Doritos every day for months and got the stone from that. Also developed fatty liver disease

I try to keep sugar low on everything I drink. I kind of have to cause I have type 2 diabetes.

Clear pee isn't a sign of hydration, it's dehydration actually.
Getting some Celtic salt for instance and putting some on your tongue before drinking water will hydrate you.

When you're over hydrating you're actually dehydrating yourself. Clear is not good.

Do you take any salt with your water? If so this will stop you "paying" for it the next day, because you're dehydrated
