How often do you cry and how long does it last when you do? For me it's around 3 times a week, maybe for around 10 minutes in average when it happens.

I think crying isn't that bad. As long as you're still able to cry it means that you can still feel something, it's like vomiting, it feels horrible while you're doing it but the suffering stops for a short period of time once you're done.

Like a few times a year I think. I just don't have the ability to cry in most cases. It's weird because when I was a kid it was the opposite.

I feel like it would be easier to be in despair if I could just cry... but I literally can't :/

Before it was everyday. Now because of the meds it's once a week probably. At least my eyes aren't puffy everyday

I barely cry from getting emotional, and I used to cry a lot from being stressed out (like getting yelled at), but I mostly avoid stressful situations so that doesn't happen anymore. I cry maybe once every 2-3 months usually in the middle of the night. I think crying isnt bad either. like others here I feel like I want to cry more but I can't.

I am medicated and cannot cry. Before medication I cried several times a day.

I don't cry much. Not sure why. I'm only sad all day. I'm alone a lot so I vent to no one a lot. Just all of the misery I'm in. I hate it. But actual tears only come when I open up to someone which is rare. But it's immediate

I feel like sometimes I cry for absolutely no reason, then don't when I should. I don't get it

A bit embarrassed to admit it but I cry probably more than I should. Just thinking about this year alone, we're only in March and I think I've cried at least once every week since the start of the year. Lately it's been about once or twice a week I'll cry, and it's usually for less than five minutes. It's usually when I'm reminded of a painful memory from my past or if I am subjected to something that makes me miserable, like being ignored and ostracised, and made to feel invisible and worthless at my workplace.

I easily cry over minor things like a sad scene in a show but can hold my tears for a long time and numb myself over major things that happen to me personally :p

forgot to add but usually when I do cry it only lasts for a few minutes. Rarely do I cry that long because I hate crying.

I can't remember the last time I really cried; I usually don't cry because my father instilled me not to cry when I was a kid and I've remained that way since.

I cry when I am hurt and feel used. I also have nightmares regularly and wake up crying. I don't know if I feel any better afterwards...

once every few months, i suppose. i could feel overwhelmingly sad but tears rarely ever come out unless i force them, even if i force them the quantity is limited. id be horrible at acting lmao
