Maybe this is a stupid question but does anyone have any tips how not to be scared of jumping?

I have some benzos I could take at the time but I don't want to take too much that would make me feel tired and like I just want to go home but hopefully enough to calm me down a bit.

Any other tips?

I'd probably get to my chosen location with a flask of my chosen drink (for me, cider with a shot of Vodka in it would probably get my head spinning pretty quick) having had something to eat a couple of hours before to stop me just sicking it up.
Then get to the edge and go.

Make sure the building is tall, minimum 15 floors and you hit the ground not the water

Close your eyes and make sure your head hit the ground first, you can take some drug to make you calm

Checkout the YouTube video where people jumping from World Trade Center because of 9/11, that can give you some courage

Jumping sounds like such a terrifying method to me, I guess that those who really know the answer have already left this world. But I just think that many of the people who managed to succeed just got so desperate or they were just so determined, they were in this mindset that they needed permanent relief from suffering and they just managed to get the courage, which I do believe is difficult as even if one is fully aware that suicide is the most logical option, they are still programmed to survive. But I envy and admire those with the courage for the jumping method.

I know the answer, I am still here!

If possible maybe go to the place you're planning to jump from a couple of times. Desensitize yourself by walking to the edge and looking down, with the thought of suicide in mind. Feeling more familiar with it could help for when you do decide to jump.
