How much time do you spend on SS?

Well since I joined not much. Been trying to find something relatable to me but there isn't much.

I'm new here but about 2/3 hours a day coming on and off. (I was a lurker for a lil while)

Usually an hour or two, but depends on the time and whether I have a lot to add (new threads, new ideas, etc.). There has been times where I hardly get on, only because I had other things to do, the site being down for maintenance or other reasons, and of course, when I don't have much in mind.

Too much. I check it constantly throughout the day, but then I can go weeks or even a couple months and not check in at all. I probably spend more time here than I do on any social media channel.

Too much. It does absolutely no good. I had six years to help myself and did absolutely nothing. Whatever I do now it's hopeless.

It ebbs and flows. Somedays I'm so depressed I'll spend 5 hours other days not at all.

lately, most of the day, roughly at least 7 hours. don't actually have a life, and even when i'm "living" cbt and this place is all I can think about. as that mean girl character said "I spent about 80% of my time talking about Regina, and the other 20% of the time, I was praying for someone else to bring her up so I could talk about her more" (yeah, that's pathetic and a horrible choice of quote, but whatever)

Rarely come to the forum as always searching if SS has found new method.

Seems still stuck at either n or sn was hoping the debreather would become a viable option. Still on the lookout for new methods.
