Its not just the money though, you have to go through the whole medical process and convince them that you have a significant medical reason for wanting to ctb. So they are in contact with your doctors and everything

First you have to become a member of one of the associations and pay the anual member fee. You would need CHF10.000,- + member fee + travel expenses. Not all associations accept applications from foreigners. The processing procedure varies from simple to complicated depending on the association. The processing time also varies.
