How many days prior to taking SN should I stop taking vitamins?

I take iron with vitamin C, B12 and a big multivitamin.

I know that vitamin c cancels SN.

So obviously I'll take no vitamins the day I do it… but should I take no vitamins for like a week before just to be sure?? I don't want vitamins in my system to mess it up my CTB.
