I have sn, but I'm always open to other suggestions on methods. I just don't want to suffer when I do it. I can tolerate a little bit of discomfort.

I am, though I might try to combine it with drowning when the time comes. My logic is that even if the sn doesn't kill me, hopefully it will knock me out long enough to drown.

Sodium Nitrite is my preferred method, but I am always preparing for the worst case scenario for this method.

Here is my possible plan:

08:00 a.m = 2x10 mg domperidone + 4x20 mg famotidine
08:40 a.m = 30 g SN in 50 mL water

No painkillers because it has no effect on hypotensive headache and I don't want to increase the risk of vomiting.

Take second dose if vomiting occurs.
I would be found after 10 hours.

Only problem is that i'm such a massive addict that i can't store drugs for future use like that so I might end up getting some SN as a backup.

Why are you not worried about nausea when overdosing? Because of your drug tolerance? I would not rely on that, especially when you are planning on getting your "golden shot". Your body should fuck up your plans, if you don't prevent it from doing so. But anyway, yes, IV opioid overdose is certainly one of the best ways to go ... Antiemetics are advisable here as well though imho.

Well, its a pretty big deal when it comes to SN since if you throw up it becomes much more likely that you will survive. But even if you throw up on opiates it doesn't really change anything, Since you're not swallowing it, you're injecting it i highly doubt you could even throw up the drug since it's already in your bloodstream, if anything it makes you die faster. Even if you swallow an opiate most of the drug will probably be metabolized before you throw up since it isn't a poison like SN is, it's actually pretty common, i had it happen to me once while passed out and got a lung infection.

Then again you are certainly right about being "out" before all the icky stuff could occur. When you inject, nothing of the opioid can be vomited and should you swallow it, most of it is theoretically already absorbed. If you use opioids, you should go for injection. No first pass effect and on risk of emitting the drug due to nausea. Maybe it's not a pretty sight, but you won't be around to experience it, should you vomit after all. A combination of SN and and opioids is my mind. First ingest the Sodium Nitrite and then go for an insanely high dosage of your preferred opiate/opioid... Just a thought, maybe that's not a good idea after all, dunno at the moment.

And my point is it wouldn't really matter. If you're taking a lethal dose you would already be unconscious. One of the main benefits of injecting a large dose of an opiate is that you feel it within a few seconds, and it peaks right then too since it doesn't have to be metabolized so you would probably stop breathing then. Taking SN wouldn't really change anything since the opiate would kill you first for sure, but i guess it would be a good safeguard just incase.
