I'm planning on using a nitrogen exit mask. It's been recommended to me that I should use a flow rate of either 15 or 20 liters/minute. I'll be able to decide on the best flow rate once I know how many minutes of gas flow are required for asphyxiation.

If you do one of those "on demand" setups, the amount of gas needed is way less. 40 cu ft of gas itself is recommended for continuous flow, because you'll be using some to test your setup after getting everything together. It would really suck to run out prematurely.
That first sentence is BS, I took 5 or 6 breaths, I was still concious, 10 seconds later my Oxygen level was down to 40, and also death is not in a few minutes, its usually at least 10 minutes, and executioners do it for 15 minuteswhen I tried to send you a private message, I came to a screen which said you have limits on who could see your profile.
