How do you define "cheap"? Inert gas isn't usually considered as a cheap method. I doubt you can do it for under $500, maybe $600 US. You need a hood, tank of gas, regulator, flowmeter, hoses/tubing, various fittings.
Hi money is no issue, but I have no idea what the specific thing is need to but are and how the method is done
