Discussion How is everybody today?

Husband and I had a fight and aren't talking. I'm not eating, just in case I decide tonight is the right time.

The days never get better. Only worse.

Not so bad. I was angry with myself in the afternoon but now I'm feeling better.

Not too bad. I landed my first professional job (and it falls in line with my major) out of college after thinking I was virtually unemployable. Pay could be better, but benefits are decent and I'll at least have a full-time job to distract myself from my dark thoughts. I hate sitting at home doing nothing. I get consumed with anxiety and suicidal thoughts. At least school would preoccupy me

Trying to overcome social anxiety, I believe here I have a chance. This is the second message today and I almost didn't tremble, the stress is less than usual. I got hope.
Maybe because I'm desperate, I'm even tired of being afraid, I can not take it anymore, isolation is unbearable, the same thing every day, I have to start changing something even if it kills me in the end.

In a lot of pain. No position I move in to is comfortable. Feeling shattered but can't sleep Frustrated that no one, apart from my family, believes that I never used to be such a basket case physically. Pretty livid that this pain, that is made worse by doing things I used to take in my stride, has been "diagnosed" as a figment of my imagination, or manifestation of trauma.
