How exactly FATAL IS refeeding syndrome?

Everyone has heard of VSED but idk exactly HOW fatal refeeding syndrome is but the general idea is that you don't eat for 2 weeks or longer while drinking water and then you just suddenly introduce your normal food into your diet RIGHT AFTER the fast. This from what I heard CAN result in A LOT issues including death but I have no idea exactly how common it is to die from either complications of refeeding syndrome or just from it in general…

I don't think going for two weeks with only water, no electrolytes, is easy to begin with.

Also, I don't think it will be peaceful anyways.

Ircc it's more easily manageable with modern medicine but if not still not pretty and painful

Idc how peaceful or not it is. Death will be the big reward! :). I am MORE THAN WILLING to go through hell(severe pain)if it means that I'll die! :).

I don't know about that.

My plan is starvation of potassium for several months and then try to do something that makes my heart overwork like holding my breath for a long time or doing some cardio. Hopefully, my heart will give up. But I doubt that's gonna happen...

Refeeding syndrome doesn't sound pretty btw
