Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

It seems to check out but I am not completely sure. It also seems a bit difficult to bring yourself to follow through. I just want to make sure I will not survive.

This "Night Night" method is a dangerous idea based on compressing the carotid arteries to lose consciousness and die quickly. However, it doesn't work as described: it's hard to maintain constant pressure on the right spots, and blood often starts flowing again after you pass out. If the tape or ratchet isn't positioned correctly, you might compress the trachea, causing panic or choking, making the whole process much more traumatic and uncertain. Even if you pass out, there's a risk your body will move involuntarily, and everything will fail, leaving you with neurological damage or worse. It's not a reliable, painless, or quick method as claimed—it's just a dangerous mix of poorly applied ideas that can cause more harm than it solves.

Thank you so much. Are there any methods that are similar in accessibility? Because many of the methods I have seen that are appealing require hard to get materials

If you're already considering the night-night method, you could look into hanging. There is partial and full suspension hanging. Full suspension done properly is pretty much guaranteed to work, but partial is an option. There's a lot of information about it on this site.

I agree. Full suspension hanging is considered more accessible and you only need a rope or ligament material. I personally will choose SN but my option B is full suspension.
