I was wondering if I am the only one who cares about how I will look after I've ctb?

I'm trying to find the less painful method, but also the one which leaves my body in best condition possible. I want dignity after my death, I want to be buried, open casket, not burned, me relatives must be able to see me if they wish and I also want also to look the best possible when I'll be found.

It's maybe because I'm a woman kind of peaky of my aspect, but I'll dress the best way possible, take a bath, put a bit of makeup, take care of my hair, etc. I don't want ctb by sn because it seems a bit long and painful for me (at least for the few videos and witness stories I could read) but also because I don't want to puke everywhere and even on myself. Even for hanging, my probably method of choice, I'm scared to the posturing tongue aspect, to pee on myself (for sure I'll go bathroom just before),etc.

Am I the only one like this? Lol

No, I understand you completely. Its the reason I'll never do SN. I don't want to be purple.

But its good to understand its irrational. It doesn't matter once you're gone. they could find you in the most ridiculous embarrassing posture and it wont matter because you'll be gone. You wont be there to be embarrassed.

I know this is incredibly vain, but part of why I keep exercising and eating healthy is because I want to look as good as possible when I die. Like, I'm aware it makes no sense, especially because I don't even want anyone to find my body. And even though I frequently wish I would get hit by a car or die in my sleep, I'm also irrationally worried about that happening because I don't want the indignity of shitting myself when I die. It makes no sense.

Nope. Couldn't matter to me less. Once I'm gone, it's just a body. No funeral, no burial, the fire purifies. I've only seen one person in a casket irl and she looked nothing like herself.

I do not care how I look. I will not be there anymore. My appearance is for the still living to deal with. Death is not pretty, but it is part of nature so do not concern myself about it.
