how do you want to be perceived after death?

drunk and high rn and can't stop thinking about my plans for in a few months time. ive never really used this forum, but i think that is out of a fear of connection on my part, and i want to try to broaden my horizons before i die.

how do you want to be perceived after your death?

for me, i hate to admit it, but i want people to never remember me at all. i don't know about everyone else, but i personally have been reminded constantly since i was very young how much ive made people's lives worse. i want freedom from that in my death.

i want to be remembered as kind, i want to be remembered as someone who loved doing theatre, and i want people to understand that i died because i was struggling too much and not because i was selfish or bad or over dramatic and that my feelings were genuine.

If people happen to have a thought about me after I am gone, I hope it has to do with my kindness. But if no one ever thinks about me, that's OK too. I will be dead and won't know or care.
