How do you think the brain changes leading up to ctb?

When I get close to attempting/wanting to attempt, I go into a severe manic state and get really delusional. After some time when i eventually just go back to my depressed side, i just feel helpless and panicky. I really thought i would try and attempt this past week but i just went to go to sleep as it just didn't feel right with different situations outside of my control kept coming up… I think the latest time I'll probably attempt would be by my birthday next year. I'll be turning 28 in about 2 months time and i don't want to continue living with this never ending feeling if something doesn't change with my personal life. That's my deadline.

I think its different for everyone.

Some people experince significat change for a significant amount of time and some dont really notice a change.

For me it depends. Sometimes I go i to a state when I no longer care about anything. And sometimes I care too much.

I wish you good luck in whatever you decide to do. We all need some luck sometimes.

Running tired and euphoric at times. In the last though I know what is coming for me, I've already felt it, and I know that will be the darkness that holds me when my last breath rises. As mentioned Im sure their responses will be varied but hell, is there any greater stress than dealing with mental or physical suffering that opens the door and puts death at choice table?

I would expect the answer to be all the varied emotions and states inside the realm of humanity. I would guess many may be a type of acceptance.
