How do you make it through the week, what are the coping mechanisms you use that are most useful, especially when you have to be productive? I want to die so much, I cry before bed every night because I want to pass away in my sleep so badly but i know it won't happen. I dread starting new weeks because I completely breakdown during them, I want to be stable this week. I just need some peace, any advice?
