• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

    👉 View the ledger here

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Every Fucking Year.

It's been 3 years already. I always come back to this site because in this period I always want to CTB.

I got friends, I got familly that support me, I got anti-dep meds, I go in a really good school.
Everything is doing great and I still want to CTB

I DONT WANNA BE HERE

People that have recovered. HOW ? HOW. This period is just horrible and I can't deal with it anymore

It looks like seasonal depression if you're only suicidal in automn / winter. You should maybe ask a doctor to get some meds.
I hate this period too and especially Xmas and New year's eve.

A vitamin D deficiency could also be a contributing factor depending on where you live and how often you're outside. Obviously it won't magically fix everything but it can partly resolve fatigue which might give you the energy to do things and partake in activities that could improve your mood overall :)
