how do you get down SN without throwing it up?

i've kinda been drinking and taking shots of some of the hardest liquor i can handle. even then, the aftertaste is nasty and my stomach urges me to throw it back up. for the unfortunate SN survivors — is this what's it's like? does your body urge you to throw it up right away? is it different with antiemetics? can you stomach it better? please let me know. i want to ctb as soon as i can … but I'm so scared of SI and my stupid body doing its bodily thing …

Antiemetics helps to reduce vomiting but it can still happen, aside from that just taking another cup of it is the recommendation.

If you're vomiting from hard liquor, expect much worse aftertaste and vomiting, how many shots are you taking to trigger that though?

it took me about 5 shots to get to the point of vomiting from hard liquor. i am wondering how much worse (perhaps by %, e.g. if it is 60% worse) taking SN is. i want to keep it down as best as i can, but i was wondering if AEe are enough to ensure that.

I don't think anyone on this forum would be able to quantify how much worse it is, but there's a bunch of things that can increase the chances of vomiting with only 5 shots.

People have taken AEs and still thrown up, it's less likely to happen on an empty stomach which is part of the reason for the fast.

with alcohol , u get the urge to throw up but you can control yourself. SN feels like you have had so much alcohol that you end up throwing up profusely without any control over yourself

It's strange, it's really personal too, some people vomit a lot, some do not vomit much, but I think if you take 25 grams, you'll vomit regardless that's why you need the AE's to make sure some passes to the small intestines. Some people passed away with just a few grams of it. The reason people take 25 grams is to pass out ASAP and make the process less uncomfortable.

Yeah apart from not even being able to get SN, this is another reason I'm not considering the method. Regular wine makes me gag and I can barely get it down, I don't even wanna know what it's like with SN

If you follow the protocol chances of vomiting reduce. You can't really do anything else except that and hope it goes well. I'm also going with SN while knowing I can't tolerate even two beers without gagging
