erm me and my friends were bored and were like hey why don't we create a PHub account and upload minecraft redstone tutorials on there (we were like stupid 15 year olds) cuz we thought you could get money for each upload, and so i was creating one but we needed a name and everything. So we created the personality of Damien Lerone: A super lean and buff guy born in south korea who lives in canada. He doing geometry during the summer (we were doing geometry during the summer) and LOVES redstone His day job is being a calisthenic workout trainer, but at night he is THE Redstoner on the hub.

So uh yeah Damien Lerone isn't my real name at all, but just a creation of our imagination.

Oh yeah for those who are wondering, to upload videos on there you need to prove you were above 18 which we weren't at the time so I used like passports and license that were on google images and it WORKED butttttt, i ended up forgetting the password before we could get a single upload on there

my username comes from the utter loneliness I felt in 2019, living in a foreign country for the first time and having had everyone forget about me. It was my birthday and I spent it crying, alone. Not a phone call, not a message, from anyone, not even family. Same happened in Easter, Christmas, etc.

People always forget about me.

Hermes Trismegistus was a pseudo-historical figure and apocryphal author of several works including the Hermetica. "He" wrote a lot of philosophy, religion and alchemy and was considered to be a combination of the Greek god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth. In reality, a bunch of different writers basically made him up, but it's a super interesting story. I learned about him from Persona 3 FES. I then named my bow "Trismegistus" as I practice archery, and now I use variations of it on a few websites.

ED signifies a way of feeling sad/embarrassed. Also I've heard it being used as an exclamation for 'stop this' - though I don't think that's worldwide. It's an exclamation point to the feeling of complexity inside of me as well, hard to describe.

Dao is basically tao, which is, in Chinese means, ancient abstract knowledge. And I'm a Dao creator, for, well... I'll give a quick explanation. my favourite genres of novels—xianxia—has many cultivation realms(you absorb energy through steps and get stronger through that) and a Dao creator is the biggest final boss in most of them.
