explain your username or the story behind it if there is one.


I'll start, Sergeant is a reference to a nickname playfully given to me by my late best friend while playing online games with him. The 45 came from my first username I used on a browser game in 2012, it also ended in 45 and just stuck with me since.

Although I'll change mine to make myself more anonymous once my name change date becomes available in August. So if you see this thread while that's still my name...... you're in luck?

some reason it was available without adding alpha numeric ;) so i took it, its also combination of my nick name.

I liked paying homage to him because he was also of Italian origin and I like Italy.

I was thinking of using Mainländer, but I've already used that on other websites, including Dazai, Albert Caraco, Akutagawa, and Mishima (all suicides), but I decided to use Michelstaedter to make it known (it's not that well-known).

bad karma is the quiet weight i carry. like maybe ive lived through lifetimes of mistakes i dont even remember, and now im just feeling the ripple effects. buddhism talks about karma as cause and effect, action and consequence, and sometimes it feels like im stuck in the aftermath of things i never got to make right.

so maybe the universe thinks ive got some debt to pay. but i can be bad in other ways too iykwim ;)
