Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I accepted that when I reached adulthood, when I realized that I had failed in many aspects that an average person (or rather average adult) has normally have going and succeeded at. This refers to having stable employment, having a social life, having a SO, and of course, being financially independent. As an adult in my mid 30's now, and having lived more than half my life as an adult, I've accepted that this is the result of my life as it is. I've only kept on mostly due to copes and just biding out my time as having failed in many areas in life, and still living under my parents' roof, but one day (perhaps sooner than later), I will end it all and finally no longer suffer. Once I have accepted that CTB is an option and always on the table, it has fundamentally changed how I view myself as a failure in life; while society, family, and my peers see it as tragedy, I see it as indifference to the result as I'll be dead one day sooner than later (most likely by my own hand).
I am exactly in the same position . My method is hypothermia , at sea, winter. Increasingly , I don't care about coldness. It's scary how a person gradually changes.

I didn't fail, life failed me. The adults in my life growing up failed me. It wasn't on me bro, I was a child. I was never going to get the life I wanted, I'm not capable of it due to trauma, but that trauma isn't my fault. These aren't my failures I'm carrying.

You two both sound like me exactly thirties though I'm now under my cousins roof because she didn't wanna see me on the street or with my abusive father. Feeling like a burden if anything.

I haven't decided to be born, so there is no obligation to "succeed" in something in life. I have goals, but they're just in my head. I think others have expectations in me, but I've isolated myself good enough I think so there are not many. And yes, I have a goal in life, but it hasn't been reached - but so what, someone else is going to have the same goal and they will probably succeed. The world will keep going, no matter if I'm alive or not.

And actually, now when I think about it, the tgought motivates me even further and supports my "self-image" as a loser that needs to be banished from the world as they aren't able to contribute. But I've accepted that I am this person.
