I tried to do this once by eating lots and lots of butter. Bad idea. I stopped once my chest started to hurt. I think if I was forced to try this today, I'd instead go with maybe some lard or something like that…

Unfortunately the heart is an amazingly robust organ, it keeps on trying to beat until the very end. At least the physical heart. The emotional heart on the other hand is very prone to injury. My heart has been broken many times but it has not yet broken my physical heart. If it was only that easy.
