I am trying to kill myself right now with Nitrogen. It is not working. HELP

I tried holding my breath for 30 seconds then exhaling all the way out and breathing in nitrogen holding for 30 seconds. Then I breathed out and took in multiple deep slow Nitrogen breaths. My blood oxygen reached to 52% on the pulse oximeter after a minute and my body and heart rate were beating so rapidly. There is no pain, just significant discomfort. No shortness of breath or exploding head feeling. Just intensity and significant uncomfortable sensations in my upper torso body. How the FUCK DO I PASS OUT? How close am I to passing out? It's like I am breathing and just waiting to go black and it's getting very intense sensation. I am TIRED OF THIS FUCKING EXISTENCE? WOULD TAKING SLEEPING PILLS HELP ME PASS OUT AND DO THIS WHEN I AM SUPER SLEEPY? I am considering taking 5 Zolpidem pills. I don't want to do something wrong and end up waking up in my room with my parents finding me lying on the floor helpless with a disabled brain and fucking living on permanent disability. I WANT TO GO AND DIE.

Are you using an exit bag? If you're just breathing in nitrogen the only potential outcome would be for you to pass out and possibly hurt yourself. Holding your breath isn't recommended with the exit bag as all that does is cause a buildup of co2 which would cause the discomfort via the triggering of the hypercapnic response.

I tried without tied my hands. You have to tied your hands with something because your SI will break the bag.

Yes. Hyperventilate, then exhale, then pull the bag that has already been filled down. Then, breathe normally, and within a few breaths you will pass out. No holding your breath, that's whats ruining your attempts. The issue is your SI. You will not let it happen.

If you take the sleeping pills first, then you won't be able to do this method correctly, and you won't CTB. We've rehashed this many times. IMO, if you want to CTB, this isn't your method, and there's nothing wrong with that. You can't move forward with it, so I would rule it out. Once you accept that your SI is just too high with this method, you can find something you'd be more comfortable with.

Can't I take the sleeping pills and wait 20 minutes and begin the process of putting on the bag? At least the sleeping pills will make me sleepy and more prone to pass out easier? I have the gas pre set via the scuba method. All I need to do is put on the bag quickly, turn on the gas and put on the restraints. Hose would already be pre attached to my neck chainmail hood. Please answer. It's the only want I feel this would work.

There isn't any other methods I am comfortable with. Attaining a poison isn't easy nor a peaceful exit. Hanging is the worst. Breathing gas and sleeping is as close as it gets.
