I currently have extremely disabling anxiety as I can't do shit anymore and I'm constantly in a state of panic.
I have a psychiatrist appointment soon but I decided to take matters into my own hands and bought some midazolam on the DW.
It's honestly incredibly. I'm genuinely crying because I'm not in a constant state of fear anymore.
Also, I seem to have weird unordered thoughts when I'm anxious and those thoughts scare me even more and they're completely gone.

I understand, I had a very similar experience when I first tried benzos. They are highly addictive and if you take them frequently, you will develop a tolerance, which means you'll have to take more and more to achieve the same effects. I was addicted to xanax after long term use and it ended up triggering multiple episodes of psychosis. I'm not saying that you shouldn't ever use benzos as I know they can be a lifeline for lots of people but please be safe 🫂

Yes benzos are very effective. I take valium for my anxiety and my muscle spasms and it helps. Just beware with the dosage, side effects can be really bad and these pills can be highly addictive. But really glad to see it helps you 👍

My dear, i too have anxiety, you can overcome it with some of your own efforts, some with meds,.some with therapy, some with rehearsals

I'll share a beautiful experience in my next post
So, it was my first company, and i was asked to deliver an extempore out of nowhere.. I'm an absolute introvert who is afraid of public speaking

It was my turn to talk.. i chose to talk about alchemist book review..
By the time i turned to face the people, i thought in my head that all of them are fools and I'm the only intelligent person in the room.
I don't know how, i managed to deliver a powerful speech that ended with standing ovation.

Not only that, there was another session going on, it had 271 other candidates in that room..
I didn't like what the speaker said, i stood up angrily, and said we are one earth...and he was impressed by that one statement, i got a standing ovation again..

I'm not extraordinary.. you can do it🫂❤️ i can train you if you want through my experience.. I'm no expert.. But i can share all i know

I'm currently weaning off of them. They really helped when nothing else would, i understand the feeling of finally being able to unclench after so long

Yep, try and find something else for anxiety though, benzos might eventually stab you in the back and stop working, be careful with them pls, they could pave the road straight to the bus station
