Give it done sometime , as SI thoughts does creep in, and it's mind over body after all. You are a person, you felt with harm, you felt you had to take action, but it's okay too if you can't. , especially if you endure a lot. It's great to find feeling in way your doing it, but for now, rest in recovery, knowing where your safe place is. That helps me
