My grogginess is coming back and I'm wondering what food do I eat to at least alleviate it. I'm eating more vegetables but it doesn't seem to help, shall I like have more fruits or?

I'd say, if you absolutely HAVE to eat a lot of food (say, bulking phase, or you're underweight and trying to fix it), try to eat the same amount a couple hours apart. I do about 5-6 meals a day to hit calories and macros, and it seems to work... better. I haven't exactly fixed the issue but it's much better now. Before I had to sleep after a meal :pfff:. Oh, and try drinking lots of water, especially when it's hot. Even if you don't feel like you need it, YOUR BODY DOES. Did you know that your brain sensibly SHRINKS when you're dehydrated? lol

Other than that, check your sleep. Proper sleep is crucial. That's what I'm struggling with atm, cause it's very hot where I live and AC dries my room a bit too much.

True I've been trying to get better sleep, I don't track my calories and macros anymore since it triggers my disordered habits sadly but I'll try to eat similarity. I've been slowly incorporating more healthier foods but not to the point where I go crazy.

I probably should drink more water but yeah I took some coffee and it did help with the grogginess a little bit. U seem kind so I'm gonna follow u lol

What do you usually eat? How's your sleep, posture, and exercise level?

Make sure your electrolytes are on point OP.Sodium, potassium and magnesium. These three. Have enough water as well. I have potassium citrate, magnesium glycinate, and pink Himalayan salt as well . we're sweating more due to the summer as well.

Hi I just eat whatever I feel like since I got super bored I've incorporated more veggies into my diet. I've been doing like whatever veggies and ranch dip for a couple days. I've been doing fruit for dessert as well every day.

Since I'm working as a waitress I just eat like steak with veggies and no sides like almost everyday. I've been trying to get more of a water intake by drinking 2 - 3L a day.

I will get back into exercising once I finish the tests I have to do. But I usually drink iced coffee to help with the grogginess.

Maybe add some carbs and see if that works? IIRC (not educated on this) carbs should help you retain more water, low carb will make it harder to store water.

Could probably do with some carbs and see how it goes

Oh sorry, EDs suck.
Tracking isn't really 100% mandatory, especially if you have done that in the past because you already have an idea of what you should do.

I don't know a lot about EDs, so I could very well be wrong (in which case please educate me, I'm just trying to help). Wouldn't tracking calories and macros *actually* help? In the sense that you know that you actually only need about a 200kcal deficit to lose weight, nothing as extreme as what your brain is suggesting.
(Again educate me if I'm wrong and sorry if I am)

I believe that a blood test would be able to answer this conclusively. If possible, speak to your health care provider instead of speculating.
I personally think your food choices sound reasonable.
