I'd say, if you absolutely HAVE to eat a lot of food (say, bulking phase, or you're underweight and trying to fix it), try to eat the same amount a couple hours apart. I do about 5-6 meals a day to hit calories and macros, and it seems to work... better. I haven't exactly fixed the issue but it's much better now. Before I had to sleep after a meal

. Oh, and try drinking lots of water, especially when it's hot. Even if you don't feel like you need it, YOUR BODY DOES. Did you know that your brain sensibly SHRINKS when you're dehydrated? lol
Other than that, check your sleep. Proper sleep is crucial. That's what I'm struggling with atm, cause it's very hot where I live and AC dries my room a bit too much.
