I can't even get out of my own pain and distress, much less know how to relieve anyone else's, unmet friend. All I can say is that I truly hope your pain lessens and you find some degree of rest from what you are enduring.

its not like the gore even traumatizes me anymore or makes me feel disturbed, i got used to it as a way to cope with SH, but i just want to reduce my SI by watching it, wich is what i do every single time when i do it

I'm so sorry you're dealing with shitty parents and now have to deal with the aftermath of an attempt. I feel that "family" should not be given that title unless they've shown the qualities that that word is associated with (compassion, respect, care). Biology is random and in so many cases biological "family" hasn't earned the title. Sending you strength, I hope you can maybe do something you find a little comfort in like playing a video game, or something that lets you take a mental break from your surroundings.
