Has anyone been here for years. I have a neurological condition which has changed my brain. Starting in depression and suicidal thoughts. The condition is AMS. I'm sure the brain has been changing for 5 years

If by here you mean this site then yes, I've certainly been trapped in this dreadful existence for way too long but it's so cruelly difficult to die. But anyway it must be tiring what you go through, it's awful how there is no limit as to how torturous existing can get.The terminal illness is a contradiction acceptance alternating between si.
