I don't plan on CTB in the nearest future but I am anticipating incase the time is needed to CTB I would only need to execute and not plan anymore so I made this protocol.

All the the things needed :

• SN (50g) in 2 plastic cups
• Metoclopramide 50 mg
• Propranolol 100 mg
• Paracetamol 1000 mg
• Xanax 2,5 mg
• Digital Kitchen Scale
• Plastic cups (PP)
• Mortar and Pestle

Protocol

• 10:00 Start Fasting ( 14 hours of fasting)
• 08:00 Metoclopramide 1x10mg
• 16:00 Metoclopramide 1x10mg
• 22:00 Water Fasting, Taking 5x0,5mg Xanax tablet
• 23:00 Paracetamol 2x500mg
• 23:15 Metoclopramide 3x10 mg, Start Mixing SN (50g), and Break 10x10mg Propranolol
• 00:00 Drink SN 25g in 50 ml Water and Propranolol 100mg in 50 ml water (drink the second cup of SN if vomiting occurs)

Questions

1. Should I take Xanax 2 or 1 hour before and is the dose good enough to make me relaxed and calm?

2. Are the drugs too much or balanced enough to make a peaceful CTB

3. Anything else to add or to change?

4. Would this be peaceful enough?

5. Would adding zofran and antacid help too?

you might want to take the xanax a little closer to T=0. otherwise it looks solid.

depends on what you want it to do. if you want it to help you pass out faster than take it later.

I agree with what is said above about the Xanax. Have you taken it before? Do you know how it affects you? I have seen reports of people taking their relaxants either too early or too much and fall asleep before they can drink their SN.

Do you reckon I should test it? I'm scared of being addicted to it though.

Taking one dose is not going to get you addicted. If you have extra then yes, I would suggest you do a test and see how it affects you.

May I ask why 100mg propranolol, when ppeh says 400? Is it the same thing as with the benzos- 400 is just an overkill?

It is the only amount of propranolol I have unfortunately that is why I chose to use 100mg.

Okay so I revised some things in the protocol

Protocol

• 14:00 Start Fasting ( 10 hours of fasting)
• 08:00 Metoclopramide 1x10mg
• 16:00 Metoclopramide 1x10mg
• 22:00 Water Fasting
• 23:00 Paracetamol 2x500mg and 2x4mg of Ondansetron
• 23:30 Making 8x0,5 mg of Xanax Solution and drinking it
• 23:15 Metoclopramide 3x10 mg, Start Mixing SN (50g), and Break 10x10mg Propranolol
• 00:00 Drink SN 25g in 100 ml Water and Propranolol 400mg in 50 ml water (drink the second cup of SN if vomiting occurs)
  
  I added Zofran, lessen the fasting, adding more xanax and propranolol, and adding more water to the SN Solution. Should this be optimal?
