Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Unresolved Emotional Everything

I've been trying to manage my anxiety and I thought I was doing so well last night, I didn't feel anxious, I was having fun on call with a friend of mine, I managed to eat a meal after 6 days of losing my appetite

But when I woke up today, my heart was pounding and I felt warm all over. Why is this still happening!? I thought I was finally getting better, but this feeling of my heart never calming down, of my mind never calming down is unbearable. What do I do? How do I stop this and just feel normal again?

You may want to do some research into supplements like GABA which are supposed to have calming effects.

For me I try to put on a eye mask so light doesn't get in and curl up in my blankets and try to sleep. It's hard because I'm so anxious and my breathing and heart are rapid but sometimes it helps. It doesn't go away fully but it is better than before
