Focusing on what I have accomplished, rather than what I should, has gone a long way for me. Even the little things, like at least I took out the trash! This is a big step.

A win today! I found myself smiling for no reason and it felt good. Didn't last too long but I was naturally happy.

Oh and I didn't let my boss bring me down today which is genuinely hard to do.
