Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

My head itches too much for me to sleep, I think I might have Seborrheic dermatitis but it's not diagnosed. I have it on my nose eye brows and it started on the hair line but is now all over my head. I wish I got the special shampoos and the hair scrubber thing when I had the chance. It's so bad and I have no finger nails to scratch with.

I used to suffer from sebhorreic dermathitis, sometimes it resurfaces. Try to go to a dermatologist asap to get a specific shampoo. Dermathitis like that is really uncomfortable, especially when you try to sleep.
Until you can get to a dermatologist a good option is neutral ph shampoos (I think NeutroRoberts is a good brand). Anyway a good specific shampoo will clear it soon so don't worry.
