helium vs nitrogen vs argon?

Whats the difference other then trying to find it? I know helium used to be a lot easier to get in those party ballon fillers but those sources are gone now
but other then just ease of finding a source is one better then an other? Work faster or do anything different?

I would recommend pure 99.9% nitrogen because it feels like breathing fresh air even tho you are breathing no oxygen (make sure its N2 type nitrogen that is in the air we breathe which is 78% N2 nitrogen and 21% oxygen)

I found nitrogen has more excuses you can use when buying but otherwise I guess they are the same? Also read on the PPH I think Arogon and Helium can show on an autopsy but nitrogen does not.
