I've had a good streak in personal fitness for the last couple of years (walking and much as I can and doing ergo-meter sessions daily).

Since the beginning of the year I've replaced that with hanging around in front of the computer or doom-scrolling twitter.

Yes. Trying to get motivated to get back into it, but I am also hoping to CTB soon, so there is not much of a point.

I used to read a lot especially Russian and Arabic literature but now i can't keep my concentration for more than half a page

Yes. I have lost all interest in things that I used to enjoy. I have repeatedly tried to get back into some of them, but I just don't have the drive anymore.

Yes—game design and programming. Primarily character development and battle system engineer.

I guess everything, I just keep listening to music (but there are days when I can't even concentrate on listening to it), watching series and movies (and I can't watch movies in their entirety, I have to watch them in several days) and connect to the internet (but I often get anxious and get up and keep walking up and down the floor.. and end up closing the computer).

Right now I am of little use to others and myself.

Suposo que tot, només conservo escoltar música (però hi ha dies que ni tan sols em puc concentrar en escoltar-la), veure séries i pel·lícules (i les pel·lícules no les puc veure senceres, les he de veure en diversos dies) i connectar-me a Internet (pero sovint tinc ansietat i m'aixeco i no paro d'anar amunt i avall pel pis.. i acabo tancant l'ordinador).

I quit drawing. I just cannot muster the enjoyment anymore and I have zero drive. I finished a sketch a few months ago and felt hollow by the end of it.

My hobby is also my job- in the creative field. It used to mean everything to me but I'm finding it hard to motivate myself even to do that now. I don't think I'll get to the stage where I start missing my deadlines- I'm far too scared of failure and letting people down for that but something's definitely been shifting in me over the past year or so. It's hard to feel like anything matters anymore. I'm so reluctant to do anything.

I used to have so many hobbies. I read, wrote, drew, participated in local theatre in many areas, made crafts, played video games, did puzzles, built models. I lost the time and motivation to do any of that now, I basically spent the past week laying in bed, but have been out of touch for even longer.

I was limited in many physical or outdoor activities such as driving a motorcycle or dancing. I have progressively stopped reading since it is difficult for me to stay focused and the same happens to a certain extent with series and movies.

I had to give up music almost completely since I couldn't bring my instruments when I moved nor have I been able to replace them and, although I don't count it as a hobby, I can't take care of my pets because I couldn't bring them with me.

Yes, boxing, snowboarding, football, basically anything physical is out of question.

And I might have to quit my job because my other physical illness limits me so much there. Who knows what happens then, that's why I found this forum and want to have CTB methods ready in case things get out of control, which is likely to happen.

I've had autoimmune disorders since childhood and feel the same way. Sorry that we share in these feelings and hope that maybe there's treatment that could help.

reading books and writing，I used to like to read a lot of books, especially detective novels.Now I can't concentrate and am often distracted.I feel like I'm not interested in anything right now.

I quit my hobbies for a while but have gotten back into them. Guitar, primarily. I only quit playing it/practicing when my wrist begins to fatigue. No point in risking injury. When that happens I work on my singing, which I find more fun.

Would like to get back into reading and writing since I've noticed my spelling abilities have deteriorated. I often write common words wrong these days.

Yes. I loved climbing in the alps, running, cycling, swimming. I had always dreamed of doing the New York Marathon or the Ironman on day. So hard to realize, this probably will never come true

I used to have a following of people in my more crazy days, unfortunately i died inside and no longer have the will. It was kinda cult like but not really, violence oriented but i digress..

For the past 4 yrs I've been unable to do anything I used to enjoy. I can no longer even watch a movie or tv show through without losing interest, let alone try to read a book, or do any of my hobbies. My favorite thing of all was music. WAS. I have a hard time listening to any music anymore. I used to be obsessed with listening to music, collecting it, and playing guitar and keyboards by ear. Now if I try, I just become even more depressed because I cannot do it. "There is a light and it never goes out".....except when it does.

I used to like learning about linguistics and learning new languages but I also feel like I can't do that anymore, I feel very stuck, my memory has gotten worse too so it's much more difficult to learn anything

I used to draw but got so paranoid that people secretly insulted my art behind my back. I doubt its true but i got too paranoid and then stopped practising. I used to be like a little prodigy for my age in school and everyone loved seeing my art. But these days i can't do it

lost interest in literally everything as the depression and anxiety got worse. Used to do all sorts of crafts, spend time with friends, online games, used to read like a book a day. Now i have no desire or focus to do any of it. mental health really is a bitch!
